Our Mission
Our mission is to support individuals and families on their journey to wellness and vitality through effective natural health solutions. Guided by the Swedish principle of Lagom — “just the right balance” — we aim to empower our clients to optimise their health naturally and safely, with gentle, realistic goals. We seek to awaken the body’s innate ability to heal, restore, and thrive on all levels — mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual — using the gentle, safe, and holistic medicines of Homeopathic and Bach Flower remedies. As part of the journey, we may suggest some Functional Pathology Analysis and/or Peripheral Tissue Mineral Analysis to identify potential causes of illness or obstacles to achieving a healthy balance.
About Me
Hi, I'm Merryn, the practitioner behind LAGOM Health. With a background in teaching, raising four children, and caring for many infants as a Foster Carer, I have been exploring and learning about homeopathic remedies and nutrition for over 20 years. I formalised my qualifications by completing a Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Practitioner qualifications in Homeopathic Therapeutics. By combining my training, life experience, and caring nature with the gentle yet powerful medicines of homeopathy, I aim to help my clients achieve health balance through natural health solutions. My approach involves no demanding or restricting protocols, just plenty of support on their journey to wellness.

Homeopathy is a healthcare choice suitable for all ages and stages of life. It can be used as a stand alone therapy or alongside conventional medicines and other complementary treatments.
As part of our treatment we also like to use the Bach Flower Remedies which work beautifully on balancing the emotional state, acting to harmonise emotions that are often associated with dis-ease.
And on a deep cellular, physical level we may suggest some Tissue Salts (also known as Cell Salts) to bring nutrition on a cellular level. They are micro-doses of essential mineral salts which get absorbed in the mouth, bypassing the gut, for rapid and accurate assimilation.

What to expect at an appointment
Because homeopathy is a wholistic and individualised modality, we need to know a lot about you. First appointments generally last 60-90 minutes, and acute consultations take about 30 minutes.
Since you are an entire being and not just your current symptoms, we will ask questions about your physical, mental, and emotional health. We'll also inquire about your lifestyle and medical history. Feel free to share only what you're comfortable with, but the more information you provide, the more accurately we can prescribe.
After the consultation, we will take time to analyse the information and prepare a remedy and treatment plan for you.
Follow-up appointment times vary based on the acuteness of your condition, ranging from a brief phone call, text, or email the next day, to ongoing support with 1-12 monthly appointments if required.
